At CrossFit Outwork, we believe in keeping things simple and effective. That’s why we offer only the best, most results-generating classes in the CrossFit ecosphere. Remember – we can scale any class and workout to meet your current fitness level, so don’t be afraid to try a class that seems too “tough” today.

Foundations
The Foundations Course is designed to set you up for success in a safe and confident environment prior to entering our regular classes. You’ll learn more about what CrossFit is and why it is a great way to get you fit for life and other endeavours, as well as getting a feel for what it’s like to be a member of our fitness family!
These small-group classes (which are required for everyone who has never tried CrossFit before) teach you all the basics to get you ready for the intensity of CrossFit. It’s also a great way to join the community with a group of new members, and gives the coaches a real opportunity to get to know you and ensure you get off to a flying start. You’ll also get to sit down with our very own nutrition coach, who’ll help you take the first steps toward improving your diet and reaching your goals.

MumStrong is CrossFit in design, with fully scalable and adaptable workouts suitable for pregnant and new mums and delivered by Coach Helen – our specialist pregnancy and postnatal trainer. Focusing on supporting and recovering from pregnancy, birth, and taking care of new babies, these small group classes are baby-friendly, created to support your health & fitness goals, and will be tailored to you!
